OPERATING PARTNER

Hay & Jones Inc. and its principals, Mr. G.R. “Randy” Hay and Mr. William G. “Bill” Jones, are engaged in the ownership, operation, sales and leasing of industrial office/services/showroom and office/flex properties in the Dallas Metro Area. Since 1975, Hay & Jones have been active in the acquisition and development of approximately 25 projects ranging in value from $1 million to $10 million.

Hay & Jones are “hands on” operators.  They are involved in every aspect of a project from acquisition/design through lease-up, financing and ultimate sale. Their philosophy is to target a project, give it full attention and move decisively throughout the development process. Hay & Jones have structured joint ventures with tenants, individual investors and institutional investors. After completion the projects are leased and managed by Hay & Jones Inc.
